Terms & Conditions

During the extended warranty period, any machine that meets the following terms and conditions can be sent
to our service center for free repairs:

  • The serial number of purchased machines can be found on http://wjit.org/ (the website will be LIVE by the end of February 2024).
  • The sealed warranty sticker (WJ IT) must not be broken.
  • For all accessories (MM, PS, HB), burned PCBs are not covered under warranty.
  • Miner Fan is not covered by the warranty.
  • Broken due to impact damage is not covered by the warranty.
  • Mix and match of hashboards is not covered by the warranty.
  • Machines damaged due to human actions (such as damage caused by poor AC voltage) are not covered under warranty.
  • Machines running using silencer or silencer box will only be covered by the warranty if the machine is installed properly (following the original airflow), else, PSU of such machines will not be covered by the warranty.

Additionally, we have the right to deny coverage for devices deemed to have been intentionally damaged.

For machines eligible for warranty, we will fix them to their working condition with a hashrate within +/- 5% of
the desired hashrate. Most of the time, machines will be fixed and shipped out within 14 days from the
received date, except on public holidays. Shipping costs are not covered by WJ IT.

Warranty service can be applied for by obtaining a warranty report number (WJRN) through the WhatsApp
contact number provided on http://wjit.org/. Customer service will provide shipping details and assign the
WJRN to the corresponding service center. Currently, we have service centers in Malaysia (Port Klang
headquarters, Sitiawan in Perak, Miri in Sarawak), Indonesia (Jakarta), and Thailand (Nonthaburi in Bangkok).

在延长保修期间,凡符合以下的条款和条件,都可以送到旗下维修点进行免费维修

  • 购买延长保修的机器序列号可以在http://wjit.org/上找到
  • 密封的保修标签(WJ IT)不得破损。
  • 对于所有配件(MM、PS、HB),烧毁的PCB不在保修范围内。
  • 矿机风扇不在保修范围内。 
  • 由于撞击损坏而导致的损坏不在保修范围内。
  • 混搭算力板(HB)不在保修范围内。
  • 人为损坏的机器(比如说因为AC电压不良而引起的损坏等)不在保修范围内。 
  • 使用消音器或消音器箱运行的机器只有在正确安装(根据正确气流流动方向,不能反装)的情况下才享有保修服务,否则此类机器的电源将不在保修范围内。

此外,我们有权拒绝对被认为是故意损坏的机器提供保修服务。

对于有资格获得保修服务的机器,只要在保修期间把机器送到旗下维修点进行维修,我们将把该机器修复至其正常工作状态,并保持在所需算力的±5%范围内。大多数情况下,机器将在收到的日期后的7-14天内修复并发货,除非是在公共假期期间。此外,WJ IT不负责所有运输产生的费用。

保修服务可通过在 http://wjit.org/ 上的WhatsApp联系号码申请保修编号(WJRN)。客服人员将提供运输细节,并将WJRN分配给相应的维修点。目前,我们在马来西亚(巴生港总部,霹雳Setiawan,砂拉越Miri)、印度尼西亚(雅加达)和泰国(曼谷Nonthaburi)设有维修点。
